I think this legislation if it passes just applies to US residents but still.
Essentially for any of you photographers, artists, videographers reading this you may have to pay to copyright your work. At the moment as soon as youre work is complete it is instantly copywritten to you for youre lifetime +70 years but under this legislation you will have to pay for each sketch, finished piece, photo, anything....
